Creating New Page Template For Theme from ThemeForest

This theme has a few templates:

This is an EVENT template: [login to view URL]

This is a GUESTBOOK template: [login to view URL]

but there is nothing like PAGE template.

I need somebody to do a PAGE template so I could choose it from a dropdown menu ([login to view URL]).

It needs to have a TOP from the event template (photo here: [login to view URL] )

And it needs to be full width so I could fill it with a text or a photo. Just like typical pages in Wordpress themes.

Please, add two price versions:

- For creating brand new one page theme,

- For editing an existing one.
