Copy content from old website to new

I have a website where I have just changed the design. I need the old content copied from the old template and pasted in to the new template.
The templates already exist so you are not required to do any design or code work. You simply need to copy the content from each of the old pages, paste it in to a template, and then save that template with the old page name.
So the end result is for me to have every page on my site with the same original content but now it is all in the new design.
There are approximately 50 pages I need this done to, and I need the project completed in the next few hours.
Here is an example of what I need:
<old header html>
<content> - copy this section
<old footer content>
<new header html>
<content> - copy the content here
<new footer html>
That is obviously a simplified example but the concept is true.
If you make a sensible bid I will select you for the project and send you the zipped folder with all the pages for you to work with.
