Change Social Media Icons to Flag Icons

On my website: [url removed, login to view] I need the 4 social media icons on the bottom to be changed to 3 flag icons. Make sure the spacing for the flags looks nice. First icon will be the USA flag, second icon - Spain flag, third - Germany flag.
I want the flag icons to darken just a tiny bit when someone hoovers on them with the mouse cursor.
