Craigslist Posting - 200 Ads

I need a someone who can post 200 ads daily for me. I would like the ad to be posted in 25 cities and in 8 different categories. 25 x 8 = 200. The categories will change daily.
I have html ads/pictures already for you to post.
Must be available with AIm during the day.
You must must have experience in doing this. You must also know the loopholes of craigslist ... changing Ips, many different email accounts, junk text , etc.
I must also must be sent the links/urls after each day. I know flaggin will occur with some of these ads. Yet, I will not pay for ads taken down by craigslist staff. User flagging is normal, not craigslist staff flagging.
Please be qualified to do this! I am looking for someone to post these ads with 7 days a week. As for the budget im lookin to pay around .07 post.
