Cleaning up our video and add enhancments

Hi there,
We have a promotion clip that we are using to promote a local event helping sick kids.
The video we have needs some cleaning up and perhaps enhancements. We are looking for the following:
- Lower the background sound and if possible add a light Xmas jingle
- Enhance our speaker's voice.
- At some point have our speaker name and company name appear for 3 seconds
- enhance the look of the video if possible.
- cut 3 seconds off the end of the video
