Customer Software for poker league

I am the owner of a poker league based in PA. I am looking to organize my poker league and expand to new technology. I am looking for someone that can make me software with the following attributes;
- Customer is able to scan their card (magnetic strip) to sign up for the poker game
- Software will pull the customers numbers off of the card
- Software will bring up all the information on the players after swipe
- Customer will then have the option to sign up for the game
- Software will also show players points for the season, their place in the standings for the season as well.
- I will be able to edit customer information as an admin
- Software will be able to generate a standings report on my players with standings for the current season to be printed.
- software needs to be user friendly and also look good to the player and incorporate my logo into the software.
- Would like the information for the software to be able to be uploaded to the internet for players can view their standings.
I have a few more requirements, but those are the most important.
