Custom Xero Integration with InFlow

Hey guys, I want to find out how possible it is to integrate a windows application with Xero ([login to view URL]). I use TradeGecko for Invoicing which supports Xero by default, but I am planning a transition to Inflow ([login to view URL]) but I want to maintain my Xero Integration which InFlow doesn't support. So I'd like to know how you guys can assist our situation.
