Data Import into Microsoft SQL Server Database

Please offer your service only if you do speak english fluently. I am looking for offers within 250 - 350 €. If you do good work, I will add up to 200 € extra.
The data is provided in csv format. There are tools to import the data into a temporary table and a sql-server script that previously moved similar data from there to our productive tables. You will have to decide whether you want to alter the existing import scripts or if you want to create a new one.
Details:
The data is productdata (Names, Prices, Categories, etc.)
The item table contains parent and child records. These records must be generated from the imported data.
The child records reference to a product detail table. Product details have to be inserted there correctly.
Item numbers will have to be generated taking the existing number range into account.
An imageurl will have to be generated from the manufacturer's item id and inserted into the imagetable as well as a reference to the pictures in the main item table.
Your working environment will be a Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio accessed with TeamViewer. I will be present throughout the process and provide all information needed.
