Connect to SQL server, read Table 1 and Table 2. If Last Date Modified >= Current Date - No_of_Days (variable), create directories and set access rights on them based on the specified rights mask from Table 2.
If directories already exist, set access rights only if they differ from the ones specified in Table 2.
Output in a log file all directories that don't match the directories masks specified in Table 2 (e.g. directories created by users, where users have the right to create directories).
