business email harvester clone

I am looking for a clone or similar of a program called business email address harvester. Its a program where you type in what business type you are looking for ie: Estate agents London, the program then collects a list of websites linked to your search criteria through a dozen search engines (approx) and then scans each website for email address's and saves them. You can see a full working copy of this program by downloading a trial just type business email address harvester into google and you will see the link and company (you don't have to put in your real email address to gain access to the download mirror.)I don't need an exact copy of course. I just want the program to function the same way. 1) search for websites related to your keyword search 2)scan these websites for email address 3) save all the email address and websites If you have any other ideas or features that you can add to this project please let me know, as it will help your bid. you can write the program in whatever you want. I may also be interested in a version that allows users to log on and use the software direct from my servers,through the web rather than them have an exe.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
