Adult SEO needed for Phone Sex Site

We have an existing phone sex directory that needs a great deal of work to rank on the first page of Google. On-page optimization is needed. This is a phone sex website directory featuring thousands of available performers. The site is dynamic, but we need an expert in Adult SEO to help us reach a larger audience.
Applying freelancers must have extensive experience in adult SEO and link building. We need toplace high in organic keywords such as; phone sex, live chat, free phone sex, amateur phone sex, cheap phone sex. We have 1 main competitor that we can detail in private messages.
We could also use any advice on making our main directory portal more conversion friendly. We are currently adding a site map to the footer and adding more search options, but any advice would be considered and appreciated.
