DESIGN OF DENTAL SURGERY BUILDING, FLOOR PLAN, AND INTERNAL FITOUT.

The budget listed here is for reference only, the right designers will be paid very generously depending on the quality of their work, their professionalism and the time spent on the project
Step 1 (This project) : FLOOR PLAN AND EXTERIOR BUILDING LAYOUT
I need some 3D conceptual drawings showing the building exterior and interior. Detailed rendering preferred. The building exterior needs to match the brief specifications below and comply with Australian building regulations.
Land area is 15 meters wide by 100 meters deep.
A 3 meter separation is needed from adjacent building on one side.
The other side of the building will be resting against the adjacent building wall (no windows on that side).
This means that the usable land area is 12 meters wide. The 3 meters separation zone can be used for landscaping or a driveway or else...
Total built area would probably be around 350-450 sqm.
The rest of the land would be used for parking space.
We need a building with a strong presence and modern sleek appearance.
Brief is as follows:
1. Total of 7 surgeries, 6 of them being fitted out now
2. 1 consult office
3. 1 central sterilisation room
4. A laboratory
5. Small plant room (for compressor and suction motor) + Nitrous gas storage area
6. Reception desk to accommodate 3 receptionists
7. Waiting area + patients restrooms including handicapped restrooms
8. Dr’s office, large enough for 5-6 doctors workstations (computers)
9. Practice managers office possibly not far from reception area
10. Staff area toward back of the building
11. Staff kitchen + staff restrooms
12. Staff and visitors parking at the back of the building + potentially a couple of parking spots at the front of the building.
We need the building to be very nice, yet the focus must remain on function and ergonomics.
Step 2: Interior fitout once step 1 is finalized.
Can be part of this project or will be relisted separately as a different contest.
