CSS template required for website

Hi, I need a webpage created to look like [url removed, login to view]

I don't require everything I just need:

* navigation at the top. I don't need the search input or the sub menus just the mouse over effects. I don't know what my links will be so I should be able to change products, add-ons... to something else in the markup.

* place holder for content (i guess this would be some div)

* footer; dummy titles and links can be placed so I can change them from the markup.

So the final product will include the css and images (you can strip these for now I may need someone to recreate them in the future) and a text page that demonstrates the navigation, footer and content placeholder.

Please make the css easy to follow and compatible with modern firefox and IE browsers.

## Deliverables

Preference will be given to local candidates with previous experience. You should be sending me the css file and a sample page that demonstrates the components (header navigation, content and footer).
