A simple wrist band that vibrates on certain intervals that you set it. i.e. sitting at the desk, it vibrates every 15 minutes to remind you to get up and walk around or if you have to leave the house in 20 mins you can set it quickly. There are many things like this already but all are over complex and I want something simple which doesn't cost a lot to produce. Maybe it can sync to a phone or maybe there is a dial which can set it. My budget is based on getting the design and functionality right
