Clean up B&W Image

I have a simple B & W ink blot image that I want to make into a 20 x 24 canvas, but the resolution of my photo is lower than needed. I need someone to sharpen the edges in this photo good enough to upload to [url removed, login to view] and not have a "low resolution" message. This doesn't have to be perfect but would like it to turn out nice since the cost is rather expensive and I don't know if I can repaint the canvas with black arylic to make it look better once produced. Thanks and let me know if you want to work on this for the fixed price of $30.
