Cutting Edge Drupal CSS Theme for Non-Profit Religious Organization

We are a small to medium sized religious Diocese in the processing of update our Drupal web site. While we have many excellent Drupal modules and content, we can't seem to get the theme correct. This project is for a talented themer to come up with a 100% CSS-based, standards-compliant theme for Drupal 6.x that exhibits real artistic flair and vision as well as the latest technologies, such as JQuery. To assist you in our vision, I will supply you with many example sites and images to give you a sense of what we're looking for, but the ultimate theme design is something that you will have to create and submit to us for approval. No mockups will be provided by us; we want to see your talent and ideas. We have about two weeks, which should be enough, since you're just creating a theme and tying all of the modules we're using into it by overriding functions, CSS classes, etc. Please let me know if you have any questions

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):

a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
