The functionality that will be required will be based around a typical commercial, online payment website. Product selection, My Account management activity and must include all the shopping cart coding to link to the online payment provider.

The first stage is for potential bidders to submit their additional questions re the build of the site, prior to making a pricing submission.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

Thanks for your interest.

In answer to a number of questions that have been raised:-

1) No we will not need a Flash intro page, however, we are happy to use Flash on the site elsewhere if appropriate.

2) The site will be in English.

3) We will be requiring full credit/debit card payment functionality, not Paypal.

4) As previously, the Pure Snow is an artificial snow product made from polymer powder.

This site must be developed to the 'ready to switch on' stage, with all the required product/customer databases and control panels for updating the site

One other point about the web site functionality, I would like to be able to play streamed video.

Short clips of our product being used, demonstrations etc.
