Custom product maker for ecommerce website using wordpress

I need a ecommerce plugin prefer it to work on one of the Wordpress ecommerce platforms wp-ecommerce , woo commerce or jigoshop to create a customised product. I am open to different back room software though.
I Need to create something capable of changing 3 different variables and changing the picture when the colour is selected. So when someone presses red logo the logo on the product changes to red , they press black colour and the product turns to black ( keeping the logo red )
I assume this will mean cutting the image into 3 layers and each variable changes the different layer colour and calculates a total price depending on the variables selected at the bottom and displays the choices at checkout.
The colours need to be displayed in a little swatch squares under the variable title and also the ability to make it so you don't need all 3 variables selected to make a purchase but a minimum of one.
