I envision a private membership web based application that provides merchants (members) the ability to sell and cross sell related products posted on the website.

In addition an integrated affiliate program whereby site visitors can join the affiliate program and then promote *all* merchant products found on the homepage with a unique “trackable?? promotional link generated from control panel, (Commission to be set by administrator/owner.).
In addition merchants will have the option to set higher commissions (Above 20%) for members “merchants?? of the site.

The open to the public Affiliate program will offer each affiliate a place to logged in, collect promotional links, banners and track traffic driven from a campaign and review commissions earned for that month with the ability to see individual products sold that merchants offer.

Merchants of the proposed website will be able to post descriptive content and/or sales copies. The reference above will be achieved through a control panel whereby merchants “*members??* will be required to login to access there members area. 2. Ability to integrate meta tags and descriptions to be imbedded into header of members webpages for search engine optimization.

4. Members *“Merchants??* of proposed website will be able to login and view post sales and new sales within any current fiscal year and/or month.
5. Easily access and view current commissions that need to be paid to affiliates.
6. Members will be able to plug there Paypal payment code and then integrated into the single webpage page footer. The finished and viewable single webpage within the proposed website is complete with buy now buttons.?
Once a merchant member has posted on a dedicated “*members* *only??* page and clicks “save page?? a teaser post and logo will forward to the homepage, automatically linking to the newly generated “merchants?? sales page.?

Merchants will be able to upload photos on my server or use image source code for 1 featured picture to be placed on designated area on homepage with a short “teaser?? description of product for sale. ? Featured “product?? picture with teaser description will be forwarded to homepage and picture sized to 80x100 pixels and then embedded within homepage of website within a 200x450frame or border with teaser description.

I’ am seeking a fully functional website with a administrator control panel to easily track all affiliate and merchant sales that occur on proposed website.

The administer control panel will allow me to:

1. Add product categories, site banners (predetermined) with ability to link to external websites. Add descriptive content to the homepage within a predetermined frame and/or border that supports (**wysiwyg**) html editor, ? (when page is saved, the homepage is updated and viewable.) I want the ability to make updates to the site with no html knowledge needed to revise the site on the fly.
