Credit Card Integration

We are currently running Mail Order Manager (MOM) 4.3 and trying to integrate ICVERIFY software 4.0... The purpose is to process credit cards online via a high speed internet connection. MOM no longer supports ICVERIFY software.

We have it working where it exports from MOM, utilizes the ICVERIFY 4.0 software and is transferred to the CC processor... it comes back with an approved transaction and codes... ICVERIFY attempts to import the results in MOM...

Problem: MOM shows a message that states it "doesn't recognize the (new 4.0) codes and we have to manually adjust the entry." MOM leaves the transaction unprocessed and shows the message "will resubmit." A manual adjustment is needed...

Note: We were using ICVERIFY 2.5 and its codes worked fine with MOM 4.3...
