I own a domain named [url removed, login to view]

i need a site designed and build and uploaded to my host.

it should contain a very basic front page where a person can enter his or her email and name and start receiving a daily sex tip every day for their sex as chosen.

It should also be sex orientated, ie a male and female opt-in list to receive the daily tip. I have unlimited webspace for the site, ie bandwidth, storage etc.
