creating a couple of pages for an existing website - php & joomla

there is an existing beauty and makeup portal that we have launched. There are a couple of webpages that need to be build in that as separate modules. these pages would be ASK THE EXPERT PAGES, wherein there would be 5-10 beauty experts listed with their profiles and people can come and ask their questions to them, by posting on the portal. A good example would be the [url removed, login to view] type of page. So one page which has these experts listed and the second page wherein the expert profile opens up and you can post the question.
A quick small couple of pages that would eventually need to be integrated with our portal, which is in joomla and php.
