I need someone to customize blog magazine style freshlife wordpress theme for social networking website for a niche market. Theme will be customized to add the following
- Some modifications in the ad-placement and add new space for the advertisements
- There will be 10 different pages that stem off from the home page of the website. I have a rough layout of each page and how I want the home page to look like
- A discussion forum
- Events calendar where user can update the events
- Classified sections where users can enter their ad for free
- Classified section where user will be charged to place an add

- News feed from the newspapers
- Section where user can submit articles
- Twitter account/ Facebook account
- Rss Feed
- Comments section
