Custom Wordpress Theme with Admin Area

We need someone to create a custom WordPress theme for our website. We have attached two image files of exactly how we want the site to be laid out. The first file is for the index page and the second file is how the sub-pages should look. We need to be able to edit the template from the admin area of WordPress. By edit the template we mean add our logo, images to the slide bar and content and anything else that we can edit on the template would be great (i.e. change width of all the columns and the site itself and footer information).
This should be a very easy project for someone who knows WordPress and has experience with WordPress templates. Please show previous work in order to be considered for this project.
