I have a responsive template theme in HTML and CSS. This is the theme here: [login to view URL]
The job I am asking is TO CONVERT THIS HTML TEMPLATE THEME TO RUN DYNAMICALLY AS PHP retaining all the properties as the HTML site including menu drop downs and hover state, page titles. There is no extra redesigning web building or added work requested. Just conversion.
I see this as splitting the page into required sections: Non variables like header, navigation and footer and then includes for the HTML page content. But whateber works for you and the php code is sound.
The theme is as supplied and I have not started to work on it yet. There are about 30 default pages but I will probably won't use all those and will possibly just rename these unwanted ones or create a few extra pages. I will want to be able to put my own HTML markup within the included template files.
