I need a website designer that can help me create a Leaderboard.

There will be 2 boxes.
- Box A vs Box B
You have 3 options to choose from - Win, Lose, or Draw
You get 2 Points for Win, 0 Points for Lose, 1 Point for Draw
You can submit your record 24 hours prior to start of fight
Once you have submitted your record 24 hours prior you are locked in -only admin can change this.
You have to create a username and password -- this is how you will be tracked and Ranked.
To the right of the screen will be a Monthly Leaderboard
Also we will have a Archive of each months leaderboard
There will also be an Annual Leaderboard winner.
I will send sketches of how I want the website to look.
