Amember + JAM(JROX) recurring billing integration

I am using Amember with JAM Affiliate software. JAM has a plugin that works with initial affiliate commissions, however the plugin does not track recurring billings and does not credit commissions to the proper affiliate, unless you are using Paypal's IPN system. I use different merchant service and want to configure JAM to track that recurring billing payments and credit the correct affiliate with commissions.
I need code written that hooks into Amembers recurring billing payment page for my merchant and JAM.
