I have attached an existing Python script which is designed to perform a Google search and parse the results. The goal of this project is to provide a functional / working PHP script which performs similar actions: Accepts user keyword input, performs a Google search on the specified keywords, and captures the results of search so that they can be parsed and stored.

Freelancer can either rewrite the attached Python script into PHP and test it to ensure it works as expected... or can provide their own custom PHP script.

Search results generated by this script should not contain duplicate URLs.

Note: This script will be run on an infrequent basis, so there is no need for it to use proxy servers.
