An existing site <[url removed, login to view]> is going to be cloned, however, several
modifications will be made.
1. The web site will be written in unicode utf-8 and have Traditional
Chinese, Simplified Chinese, English versions,
2. all wordings will be in text instead of Flash so as to reduce the
loading time.
3. Apart from necessary components, the use of flash should be
minimised to increase e-marketing efficiency.
4. Should be developed by Php and MySQL.
5. As movie clips that are used in the website will be in flv format,
a user-friendly updating method should be adapted for easy
maintainence in the future.
6. All raw art materials such as pictures and logos will be provided.
7. A proposal and a quotation with cost breakdown in terms of web site
components are required.
