Blackberry real estate search application

We need someone to write a native Blackberry application that would use google maps and use the geolocation services on the blackberry to locate the user. The application would then determine the viewable coordinates of the google map viewport and issue an HTTP request (formatted to a specification) to get listing search results from our servers within the viewable area of the map. The results will be formatted in JSON. The application would need to display the results via markers that would contain links to listing details. The markers will need to accomodate multiple properties in very close proximity by displaying dinstict icons indicating "More than one property found" type of message (probably a "plus" sign on the icon). The listing details pages are already done and we'll need to have a discussion on how to integrate the existing web details web pages into this application.
