Need coder to help design simple database driven website that can be expanded. Site will be a subscription based service where the end-user can look up aircraft tail numbers and see their ownership/operational history. Coder must be able to design the back end to allow administrators to add/change/remove information via online forms/portal and also allow normal end-users to submit corrections, photos, or other information that would need to be approved by administrators before being added to the database. Site is to be very aesthetically simple. Would prefer PHP/MySQL for back end coding. Site foundation to be created only so that administrators/owners can populate the databases via online forms.
