Android: Simple Soundboard App

[I am essentially auditioning coders with this project. I have a much larger project that I am setting up soon and will need a coder I can really work with.]

The application is a Google Android soundboard app, very simple. No more than a few screens for the GUI. ? A few buttons that play sample.?

Wishlist/inessential features for this project would be:

* a 'custom' option that allows the user to add their own sample to the soundboard

* a widget that will play a sample from the homescreen

* making the included samples loop in such a way as to allow the sound to continue in a natural sounding way as long as the button is pressed - I have a pretty good strategy for this function and can provide the raw materials if you can code the functionality I need to make it happen.

I will provide graphics and samples. You provide the layout and the functionality.

I'm looking for someone who really knows their way around Android and that I can build a relationship with.
