I am looking for an API programming expert, with experience of server side clustering, who can deliver the following for a golf tee time program:
1. This interface would be able to connect from our golf program to an external Private Course Datastore (PDC) to access specific customer data such as customer name, member id, tee time, handicap, etc..
2. The interfaces then upload the customer data from existing PCD sources including: member lists, tee sheet lists, rate lists, cart list, signup lists, tournament lists, etc. to our system.
3. Once the data is received our system would display the data on our web site in certain format.
4. As the golfers book their tee times, our system would send the booking information through this interface to our customer's PDC and let their system to be updated.
5. The transfer of the data must happen in real-time to keep both systems database in sync.

The coder must be well versed in API programming. The golf program is written in PHP and using MySQL database but the external golf course database could be anything. See the detail requirement of the project at the end.
