I am looking for a server to be built which allows users from around the world to connect to it and play a card game on it. The card game I need on there Mille Bournes. The server can be built of any programming format. As long as it works. An example of what i want is located at <[url removed, login to view]> in the Mille Bournes Lobby. I will not require a rating system such as the one used in games.com.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site).
