task is simple
1. extract data from 3 to 4 columns and store in a table (data updates every 1minute so you need to capture and save every 1 minute)
2. filter data out by doing a look up from another table (i have data source you need to extract and save to table)
3. present data back on a form in 3 columns
4. nothing fancy. simple form
since this process happens on a daily basis i need the script and .net form both
