Hi, I want to customize an open source school management system ( Opensis ) by adding a Fee Management Module ( Billing Module ) . Brief requirements as follow:
1. Opensis was developed using php/mysql.
2. Developer should add a fee management module to the system.
3. The module should do the following :
3.1 Paying fees for students ( CASH only - Online payment is NOT required )
3.2 Printing and editing receipts / bills / invoices .
3.3 Calculating different types of fees according to class levels .
3.4 Allowing discounts and installments .
3.5 Showing lists for students who paid and students who did not pay .
3.6 Showing small reports about paying / total paid / total unpaid / ...
3.7 Some RTL changes are required ( RTL is Right-To-Left ) ( e.g. dir = rtl ).
3.9 More professional detailed requirements will be provided if you are interested.
3.10 The budget is limited so please bid on a reasonable price .
