Code my signup form to submit to the database

This is our signup form page.
You should be able to see from the code that I have set everything up how I want it. The form action points to our API which allows the form to submit data to another site, sends us an email and inserts the person into a Mailchimp list. This all works perfectly so please do not change any of that part.
The Step2_URL input then sends the form to a new page and posts all of the fields through in the URL. This goes to account-create.php.
I have tried to code this myself but I must be getting something wrong so I gave up. The [login to view URL] page should run all of the queries in the /coders/signup/[login to view URL] file but it won't. I can't figure out how to make it run.
I've already made sure that the page sends us on to [login to view URL] but as you'll see, this takes us to the login page. I want the user to be automatically logged in by the [login to view URL] page please so they are sent straight to the dashboard page. It shouldn't bypass the login, it should actually log them in please.
I will provide FTP and Cpanel details to the developer who is awarded the job. If you want to see the code, please let me know and I'll attach the necessary files.
