Completed Paid on delivery

Using Asterisk I require a prototype application that will undertake the following routine:

The subscriber Web based input interface to preschedule an 'event' with fields: telephone number, recipient name, reason for call & date/time of 'event'.

At a prescheduled date/time (triggered by scheduling engine) the application will make outbound call to its subscriber (Call1) and play IVR message with yes/no question containing information taken from one or more of the above fields (text to speech).

At subscriber response (yes) the system makes an outbound call to a second number taken from the initial scheduled 'event' (Call2) and connects (of conferences) Call1&Call2 allowing for hands-free outbound call using IVR.

At subscriber responser (no) the system will play another IVR message to either terminate all calls or 'snooze' the system for 30 minutes before repeating the routine.

The application will be required to make calls over SIP trunks.
