csv import cronjob with image from virtuemart to virtuemart (Harish only, do not bid!)

I have one site in joomla 2.5 + virtuemart [url removed, login to view] and I have to charge a csv file from a dropshipping site every night at 00.30. (local hour, Rome, Italy) the csv are exported from joomla 1.5 e virtuemart 1.x and I have to do this:

1) charge the csv updated every night at 00.30 (local hour, Rome, Italy) the csv come from [url removed, login to view]

2) auto-charge the image (and thumbnail image) from [url removed, login to view] server to my website

3) recheck the file you have make for me if also work now after the update ([url removed, login to view])

4) if the csv provider make change, add or delete product, i need every night a full import (just to surely have the correct product list/quantity/image, ecc.)

5) last, if I add some product manually (not from csv) my product not be deleted when csv are reloaded.

addictional info: I have already setup my website. Joomla 2.5, virtuemart [url removed, login to view] and csvi are installed and work fine.
