I need an application that will be used to acquire image from a flatbed scanner.

The application must have all the basic features of any modern image acquisition software and will be able to acquire through TWAIN and WIA APIs

Apart from this the programme must be able to:

1. Make itself the default scaning software and disable the scanning capabilities of all other software including photoshop, corel photopaint, windows image acquisition system etc.

2. Automatically save scanned images to a hidden folder that will be designated by me.

3. Log properties of scanned images such as size, dimension, date created etc. in csv format.

4. Count the images and log the result in a text file.
