Bootstrap website framework

I need to develop attached sketches in Bootstrap. ([login to view URL]). I only need the framework, not the design, so do not worry about colors or fonts. Navigation and top picture should be full width, the same applies to the horizontal lines in the middle. In the article page, do I also only framework, the content is added later, ie only the navigation, the top image, the main column, sidebar and footer with three columns.
You will be forwarded psd files when I assign the project.
