Customize Wordpress Theme

We have a simple project for a Wordpress expert that we would like completed quickly. The project will be to modify the Woocommerce theme (see example below) to replicate another website that has a similar layout. Most of the changes will be done just to the Home page my modifying exciting block templates.
This is the theme and homepage layout we are using that needs to be modified:

This is the example of the website page we would like to replicate:

You will edit the theme to replicate the Home page to be like the example Littersf.com. Just like on Littersf, the logo needs to be centered with full width menu below. We want to hide shopping cart/account info until start shopping
For the boxes on the Home page we want them to be able to do the following:
Box 1 - Main box to be able to display slideshow images
Box 2 – Image to link to Shop
Box 3 – Image to link to video
Box 4 – Image to link to Newsletter signup
Box 5 - Four images under main slider to be Monthly featured products.
