Custom Mods for IBF 2.1.1

I need some very custom modifications made to an invision board version 2.1.1. Included in the zip file are the names and descriptions of what I need. You can add more useful features to the mods if you like but it's not really important to do so. One modification is required above all others and that is a downloads database. More information is available in the zip file.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working modifications as well as complete source code of all work done. Modications are to be installed on the invision board 2.1.1 by the coder.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

All mods are to be made to work a invision board v. 2.1.1.
