We need to build an online booking website, similar to [login to view URL], only that it is not for hostels and a few other changes are needed, but the basic is the same:
User interface:
Comfortable search engine
Information, rating, pictures, location on google map
Booking system: availability, credit card and paypal charge and possibility for refunds
User inbox:
Detailed list of booking.
Rating system, option to rate product and add commentary after done.
Availbility to cancel bookings.
Back office for each provider
Booking system: availability update, prices
Reports
Insertion/update of the product with all of the information required (pictures, location on map, etc.)
Rating system, view, respond, inquire (to us).
Our Back office
Complete control.
Data bases:
All products
All providers
Registration of every change made of availability, prices, bookings, cancellation…
Administrator options to overwrite, delete any information entered.
Reports
Rating, view, delete, modify
Automated system of e‐mails and sms to be sent according to specific “events”
Option to add information to content pages (introduction, photos, etc…)
