Changes to PHP/Flash program

FlashMap is a fairly simple program that allows the admin to plot co-ordinates onto map and publish them for use on the web.

I'm looking for someone with experience in Flash and PHP to make a few immediate changes to the program (listed below) and possibly to expand the functionality of this program down the road (under a different contract).

This contract includes the following tasks:

1. Centre the map portion (<[url removed, login to view]>) so that the map fits in this page: <[url removed, login to view]> (login = tom1/tom1)

2. Add scroll bars to the pop-up windows (when a user clicks on a place, a pop-up window opens but window cannot be scrolled).

3. When a community is highlighted, allow the animated marker to repeat (like a beacon)

4. Replace the two sounds (start-up and mouse-over) with sounds that I will provide.

## Deliverables

Coder will:

1. Install the program on their own server and do all work from there.

2. Complete all 4 items listed previously in this bid.

3. Forward complete code (including flash souce code).
