Building costs data entry - open to bidding

I am a small domestic builder and require an excel spreadsheet to keep track of building costs for projects. I usually only do 1 project per year . I have a template of what i would like but would like to optimize it to add up each months total costs etc. It a simple job for someone with excel experience but i have very little knowledge of excel.
