Convert existing website to Mambo or Joomla CMS

Please see [[url removed, login to view]][1]. I need to migrate this site to Mambo or Joomla CMS. This will allow me to manage the site better.

Note that the many of the pages on the site contain custom tracking code from google adwords, overture etc. The code must not be changed. There might also be live chat code on some pages that must not be changed.

Graphics can be changed during the migration process. I don't exactly love them anyway. I will change the home page graphics as a separate project. The only page that requires a nice graphics look is the home page. Coder can also choose to design a graphics template for the home page that is based on the design of this page - <[url removed, login to view]>. Buyer will pay a small bonus for this template if buyer feels that the template is usable.

I am looking for feedback and interaction from coder on how I should structure the site (with respect to top menus, left menus etc.).

Please look at the forms very carefully. Many of them are multi-tiered, and have forks. Though we don't need to change the forms at this time, their logic must not be affected.

Site must not go down at all during this process.

Coder will host the site during construction on their own server. They will have access to the [url removed, login to view] site, and to the back-end mysql databases.

When site is completed, we will be hosting it with a hosting vendor called Siteground.

Coder must ensure site security at completion of project.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
