Hi need a datase in Access to do the following: 1. The data will be input via Barcode Scanners (the gun type). 2. There will be 2 different type of data for each record (1) Name of the plant (2) Name of the person that planted and type of tray (single or double). 3. It will be like a production line, a person will be scanning each tray. Each tray will have two barcodes, one with the Name of the plant and the other tray will be with the name of the person that planted and if the tray was single or double. So each person will have 2 barcodes, one for a single tray and one for a double tray. 4. I want a dabase that records the aforementioned data and I want the following daily reports: a) Varieties planted per day Example: 400 Trays of Red Roses 200 Trays of Yellow Roses 100 Trays of Pink Roses b) Number of trays planted per person and the average per hour and if they plant more than X amount of trays per hour to have 'BONUS' printed next to the name of the person. Example: Mary01 - 80 trays - Average 8 trays/hr Mary02 - 10 trays c) I also would like a WEEKLY report with a summary of total planted for the week of each variety and total number of trays per person with their average and total bonsus 5. If it's possible, I would like to have on the screen where I am capturing the data, a running sum with "Trays planted TODAY" and "Trays planted per hour (avg)" and also a list of varieties planted today.
