change css of drupal_set_message

The standard drupal_set_message boxes are not so nice.

We would like to change this to our own system with our logo.

Ideally the output is a drupal 7 module which overrides the default css behaviour, and only loads the css at the right time.

Please find attached the comment box that we want => we want this in three colors for the error, confirmation and normal message.
