Convert FPDF report to TCPDF library report - Drupal

I have a report on a Drupal 7.x website working and running using the FPDF library see-> [url removed, login to view] I have finally got another report (just
a sample) working on Drupal using the TCPDF library, which is the way I want to go. I need the report
above (I will provide you both the FPDF source code as a field reference guide and the TCPDF report that I have rendering right to see how all the library calls are created) rewritten using the TCPDF library instead of the FPDF library.
Since I have figured out all the conventions to get the TDPDF library working in Drupal, Drupal experience is not neccessary. However understanding the TCPDF library and PDF generation is required. This is not a complicated report, I just don't have the time to learn the TCPDF nuances. Three files are attached, one is the "Express Seating" report exacly as it displaying on the website using the FPDF library. The other two files are DRUPAL files created that will render a TCPDF report all-be-it, not in the format I seek. Please note, I did add the extention ".txt" to both of those files so that this site would let me update them.
What I want to to have both of the drupal format files modified so that the report will appear the same rendered under the TCPDF library as it does using the FDPF library.

In the last years, I worked with both FPDF and TCPDF. They are very similar, but TCPDF is now developed more actively and more powerful.
